Homes and Furnished Apartments
Clean accessible window glass, interior frames and sills, plus mirrors and agreed glass doors. Tell us which windows and cleaning sides are required.
Include the number of panes or approximate glass area, whether inside and outside surfaces are requested, and any windows that do not open. Mirrors, balcony doors and interior glass can be discussed too. Frames and tracks should be included explicitly in the requested checklist.
Offices and Shopfronts
Request one-off or scheduled cleaning for safely accessible office glass, partitions, entrance doors and shopfronts. Timing is agreed around staff, customers and building access.
Tell us about business hours and the times entrances or display areas can be accessed. Glass partitions and doors may need a different visit frequency from other office cleaning. We can discuss a separate window visit or an addition to a wider premises checklist.
Frames, Tracks and Detail Work
Accessible tracks, edges and frames can be added to the checklist. Heavy deposits, paint or adhesive residue require assessment for a suitable cleaning method.
Tracks and frames can collect dust and residue that take longer than the glass itself. Photos help us assess built-up deposits and delicate coatings. Scratches, damaged seals and permanent staining may not be cleaning issues; we will discuss the scope before confirming work.
Access Comes First
Share window height, photographs, opening arrangements and any external access restrictions. High-rise, rope-access, roof or specialist façade work requires a separate assessment and is not included in routine window cleaning.
Access determines what can be offered safely. Describe the floor level, opening windows, balconies and external restrictions when enquiring. Routine glass cleaning does not include rope access or specialist high-rise work, and any equipment-dependent task needs its own assessment and quotation.
Before The Visit
Clear items from sills, identify delicate finishes and arrange access. We agree on moving furniture, protecting nearby surfaces and any water or equipment requirements.
Remove fragile objects and small items from the sills and nearby work areas before the visit. Agree on what furniture can be moved and who will arrange it. Tell us about recently painted frames or delicate flooring so protection and methods can be discussed.

The quotation considers glass area, number of panes, height, sides, condition and access. You can request glass cleaning alone or add it to a home or office clean.
