Information you choose to share
When requesting a quotation, you may provide your name, phone number, neighbourhood, property size, preferred date and details of the work. We may later need an address, access instructions and booking information to arrange an agreed visit. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, assess the work, prepare quotations, arrange visits and manage the service you request. We do not sell your enquiry information. We do not add you to marketing lists through this enquiry form.
WhatsApp, email and social links
The quotation form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. Completing the form does not itself send the details to us; you choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp, your email provider and linked social platforms operate under their own privacy terms. Our social links do not require you to sign in to use this website.
Website data and cookies
Our hosting provider may process technical logs, including IP addresses, browser information and access times, to operate and protect the website. WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administration. We do not require visitors to create an account to request cleaning. Any analytics or additional tracking introduced later should be reflected in an updated notice and appropriate consent choices.
Access and retention
Enquiry and booking information is used by people who need it to respond or deliver the agreed service, and by relevant service providers such as hosting, email and messaging providers.
