The clean should follow the stage the project has reached. A single apartment after repainting needs a different plan from several newly completed units. Tell us the rooms, floor finishes, remaining works and intended occupation date so we can assess the right scope.
Dust and Surface Cleaning
Remove loose fine dust from reachable ledges, fittings, doors, frames and surfaces, followed by suitable floor cleaning. Fresh finishes and delicate materials are assessed before products or equipment are selected.
Fine dust can settle again if construction continues nearby. We discuss the cleaning sequence and which reachable surfaces are included, with attention to protecting new finishes. Delicate stone, coated surfaces and newly installed fittings should be identified during assessment.
Kitchens, Bathrooms and Glass
Clean cabinets, worktops, sanitary fittings, tiles and safely accessible windows within the agreed checklist. Paint, adhesive and cement residue are assessed for safe removal; some marks or surface damage may need a specialist.
Cabinets should be empty and installation work complete before their interiors are included. Share photos of paint spots, adhesive or cement deposits rather than assuming they can all be scraped away. Removal methods depend on the surface and may require a separate specialist assessment.
When To Schedule
Book after building, sanding, painting and major debris removal are complete. Arrange access, water and electricity. Work continuing after the clean may require a separately quoted return visit.
Confirm the expected completion of painting, sanding and installation with the contractor before booking. Water, electricity, keys and safe routes through the site should be available. If trades return after the visit, additional dust or marks may require another agreed clean.
What Needs Separate Agreement
Bulk rubble removal, hazardous material, high-access work, specialist floor restoration and exterior pressure washing are not automatically included. The quotation identifies the surfaces, residue, access and work we can undertake.
A clear quote separates ordinary finishing work from unusual waste, difficult access or restoration. Let us know about external areas and any equipment requirements when making the enquiry. We will explain the tasks and exclusions so you can plan any other contractors required.
Site Assessment and Handover
Share floor area, photos, work completed and your deadline. Larger or complex jobs may require inspection before quoting. The team follows an agreed sequence and reviews the checklist at handover.
