Before You Move In

Clean an empty or mostly empty apartment or house before furniture arrives. Focus on the kitchen, bathrooms, emptied cupboards and wardrobes, floors, skirtings and accessible windows.

Scheduling before unpacking allows access to cabinet interiors, wardrobe shelves and floor edges that may become difficult to reach later. Confirm that painting and repairs are finished and the rooms are ready. Tell us about fresh finishes so that the agreed cleaning methods suit the surfaces.

After You Move Out

For tenants, landlords and property managers preparing a property for inspection, viewings or reoccupation. Cleaning is scheduled after belongings are removed, with any remaining furniture identified in advance.

Identify any furniture or appliances that will remain and where keys can be collected. Photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and floors help us assess the condition before quoting. If the property has been empty for some time, mention dust, stains or other areas needing extra attention.

Your Handover Checklist

Use the checklist to agree on priorities before the visit. Not every window, appliance interior or cupboard is automatically included, so tell us what the handover requires. We can itemise requested additions and confirm what is accessible within the proposed clean.

Prepare The Property

Complete repairs and painting first. Empty cupboards, remove belongings and arrange keys, water, electricity and building access. Tell us about stains, residue, remaining furniture or an inspection deadline.

Clear small items, food and personal belongings from the areas being cleaned. Check lift access, parking, keys and building working-hour rules in advance. A property that is ready on the agreed day gives the team better access to complete the planned tasks.

Extras and Final Review

Appliance interiors, carpet or upholstery cleaning, unusual waste and construction residue need a separate quotation. We review the agreed checklist at handover; cleaning does not guarantee a tenancy-deposit refund.

Review the work against the agreed checklist before access is handed over. Cleaning can improve presentation but cannot repair damaged finishes, remove every permanent mark or determine a landlord’s deposit decision. Point out any concern so we can discuss it clearly.
