Industrial Cleaning
Industrial cleaning for warehouses, workshops and factory premises in Nairobi and Environs, Kisumu, Mombasa Coastline, Lamu and Meru. Start with the site, surfaces and operating conditions so we can plan the work and quotation.

Warehouses, workshops and factory premises
Dust, foot traffic, stored goods and operational residue can create very different cleaning needs. We discuss the areas you want covered, how the premises operate and the standard of presentation you need before agreeing on a plan.
The proposed checklist can include suitable floor cleaning, accessible ledges and fixtures, entrances, walkways and agreed staff facilities. Share your approximate floor area, site photographs and whether you need a one-off reset or scheduled upkeep.
Floors, dust and accessible surfaces
Floor material, dirt and access determine the method. Routine sweeping or vacuuming is different from a detailed scrub or an assessed degreasing task. Tell us about coatings, drainage, slippery areas and any products or equipment restricted at the site.
Stock, cables and movable items should be kept clear of the agreed work areas. We confirm what can be reached from floor level and how the cleaning will be separated from normal movement through the premises. Permanent damage or worn finishes are not treated as removable dirt.
Degreasing and equipment exteriors
Oil and grease require a site-specific assessment. Identify the source, affected surfaces and any requirements for collecting wash water. We discuss appropriate methods and the boundary between routine cleaning and specialist work before including the task in the quotation.
Equipment interiors, electrical components and machinery maintenance are not assumed to be part of an exterior clean. Any equipment access must be agreed with the responsible site contact, with shutdown and isolation handled under the site’s procedures before work is considered.
Loading areas and staff facilities
Entrances, loading areas, stairs, changing rooms, washrooms and kitchenettes can be incorporated into an agreed site checklist. Different zones may need different schedules depending on their use, surface and the movement of staff and goods.
Specify external areas, drains and waste collection points when enquiring. Routine collection into agreed on-site bins is different from transporting commercial or specialist waste away. We confirm these arrangements and any separately quoted services in advance.
Plan around your operating hours
A practical cleaning plan should account for production, deliveries, shifts and security. Tell us when areas can be released for cleaning and whether the work needs to be phased across separate zones. Availability and the proposed timetable are confirmed with your quotation.
For recurring work, we agree on visit frequency, tasks, access contacts and periodic detailed cleaning. If you need a shutdown or handover clean, share the deadline early so that the proposed scope can be assessed against the time available.
Prepare the site for assessment
Send the floor area, photographs, site location and a description of dust, grease or other residue. Identify water and power access, drainage restrictions, parking, goods movement and any induction or permit requirements. Larger or complex sites may need a visit before quoting.
Nominate a site contact to discuss access, restricted areas and the work sequence. Tell us about sensitive stock, delicate coatings and any process-specific hygiene requirements; these affect the capability assessment, checklist, equipment and price.
Scope boundaries and specialist tasks
Routine industrial cleaning does not automatically include confined spaces, hazardous residues, asbestos, live machinery, high-access work, specialist disinfection or regulated waste removal. These require separate assessment and confirmation of suitable capability and arrangements.
We want the quotation to describe work that can actually be delivered. If a requested task needs another specialist or a different process, we discuss that before booking rather than silently include it in a general floor-cleaning price.
What to expect at handover
The work is reviewed against the agreed checklist and areas released for cleaning. A clear handover can record any inaccessible areas, observed surface damage and work that depends on a later shutdown or another contractor.
Start by sharing what you want improved: everyday upkeep, a cleaner presentation for visitors or a detailed reset after operational changes. We will help you define the next practical step and prepare a quotation for your site.
Industrial cleaning pricing guide
Industrial cleaning is quoted to the site. A single floor area can require very different work depending on surfaces, dust, grease, equipment access and operating conditions.
| Work required | How it is priced |
|---|---|
| Routine warehouse / factory floor upkeep | Tailored by floor area, method and frequency |
| One-off industrial / warehouse deep clean | Planning range KSh 25,000–60,000; site assessment |
| Degreasing, equipment exteriors, special access | Separately assessed quotation |
| Recurring industrial cleaning plan | Agreed scope and visit schedule |
These are indicative guide prices for planning, not automatic fixed quotations. The final price depends on the agreed work, size, condition, method and location. We confirm any minimum charge, applicable taxes, transport and extras in the quotation before booking.
The deep-clean range is a broad planning benchmark, not a minimum charge for every site or an all-inclusive machinery or hazardous-waste package. Share the actual area and work for an accurate proposal.
Why choose GNA Cleaning?
Helpful communication and an agreed plan make it easier to choose the support your property needs.
A plan around your operations
We discuss access, timing and priorities so the proposal fits the way your site works. Clear task boundaries help you coordinate cleaning with staff, deliveries and other contractors.
Care for surfaces and assets
Methods and products are assessed for the surfaces and residue involved. Tell us about coatings, sensitive stock and restricted equipment so these are considered before the work is confirmed.
A quotation you can review
The scope, schedule and price are explained before booking. You can ask for tasks to be itemised and agree on how recurring or additional work will be handled.

Let us plan the clean around your site
You do not need to guess which equipment or package to book. Tell us how your premises are used, the areas that need attention and your preferred timing. We will discuss the scope, access and quotation before you commit.
